Resources on Missionary Attrition
For debriefers as well as sending organizations, it is important to keep up-to-date with current research findings, recent trends in issues leading to attrition, and the changes in social and political systems which impact the longevity of global workers.
Staying current with research not only informs the foci in our debriefing, it also potentially shapes the techniques in our debriefing methodology.
Recently we gathered with a community of debriefers and asked the question:
